I wanted this exclusively for music and to play with my hearing aids. Accomplished this without too much hassle. Tone quality excellent, especially with good headphones; hearing aids just fine. FM radio would have been nice. This "refurbished" device looks unused- no scratches, etc.

This is a joke!!!!! The look at the outside and if it looks good they take your money and mail it to you. Needed a PIN number to work it, contacted Amazon for help and they are useless. Have to mail it back to wait for a refund or wait over a week for another one that may also not work at all!

It came in perfect condition, but what bugs me is that when I turned it on; it told me I had to put in a pin number. The box it came in doesn't have a pin number of any kind and it's weird. How can I fix this?

Love this Ipod. My Ipod fell and cracked and then stopped working. Unfortunately, I had it for a few years so there was no replacement. I thought I would try buying a used one and very happy with my purchase.
