The battery doesn't charge at all. The most charge it'll keep us 20%. I can only use it without being plugged in for maybe two hours before it goes dead

She hasn’t gotten off the thing since she got it. It’s a great alternative for kids that are too young for an actual phone. She can contact friends and play apps without a phone line

    • Battery doesn't hold a charge
This was a Christmas gift for my daughter in place of a true cell phone. The size and look make it seem like she has an actual phone. Unfortunately we received one with a malfunctioning battery. It doesn't hold a full charge for more than 40 minutes. I bought it too early so by the time we identified a problem we weren't able to get it resolved. On the plus side, it's like a built-in screen time monitor. She plays til it dies and then we put it up Haha ... show more

Do NOT buy this product. Arrived loosely thrown into a shipping box. Won’t charge or turn on. Definitely a huge disappointment for my daughter who received it as a gift.

I wish I never wasted my money on this purchase. This was my daughter’s ‘big’ Christmas present. This was going to allow her to FaceTime and message her grandparents. The problem- I can’t install Messages or FaceTime. I’ve talked to several members of Apple tech support and no one has been able to fix this. At least she enjoys watching Netflix and Disney on her iPod, but the whole point of this gift was access to messaging and FaceTime. ... show more
