Bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter. From the moment we turned on we have had issues! Does not hold charge. Has to be plugged in to use and even then half the time the charging port does not work. We have to jiggle it and hold the cord in the port “just right” for it to keep charging.     • Battery completely stopped working after a few months
It started off working fine. Once or twice it would randomly shut up. Then the last month it wouldn't hold a charge for more than 5 minutes, & that kept decreasing. Now it won't even turn on. I'm great with my things, waterproof case, glass screen protector, but this thing is a dud

We can’t have it off the charger for more than 10 minuets even thought we charged it when we got it . We can’t set up an iCloud account on it ,it won’t let us .

I was able to initially charge the ipod. But it soon stopped charging and no data could be transferred. I was expecting better.
