And looks like new. Headphones did not work but I was too lazy to send a message. Didn't need them anyway. Make sure to but usb outlet too.

    • Beware of the 90 day warranty
Product received in perfect condition, loaded my music , it worked fine. Used in for 5 months then it quit. Got VERY hot, I unplugged it let it cool, will not charge or play. 90 day warranty, so its out of warranty, I would have been better off buying a new one.

The unit is fine. The idle button is not as smooth as the one on my iPhone. Maybe it isn't supposed to be. However I did not receive the cube that allows me to charge the unit with AC power, only the cord with the USB plug on it. Good thing I have another one, Huh?

I have tried other MP3 players and usually don’t like them. Apple gets it right. It’s awesome for music. I love my iPod touch, but wish I had spent extra and gotten the 6th gen. The main reason is Apple doesn’t support the 5th gen anymore, therefore it does not upgrade to the current operating system. Also I love the amazon music app as I use it on my iPad. It’s not compatible with this iPod Touch. This was disappointing to say the least. Many apps I tried downloaded, but would freeze up as soon as I open them. The camera works great and having a flash has been nice. So as long as you just want somthing to download music on or take pictures, this device works great. ... show more

I saved over $50 by choosing a Certified Refurbished iPod Touch 32 GB 5th generation. Because it was the most recent version, Apple upgraded the iOS to iOS9 for free. I'm very happy with the service I received and the quality of the product for the price I paid.

    • Buy the 4th generation instead...
The iPod worked for a week & then sent & error message & would not turn on after that. I returned the unit for a full refund & that went smoothly. Apparently the 5th generation has this problem all the time. I bought a 4th gen & that one has been working great, I've had it now for 4 months.
