First off, I ordered a 6th generation ipod that was refurbished but listed in good working condition. I'm not sure that it was 6th gen because it looked slightly different than my last 6th gen that I was trying to replace. Second, when I opened the package, it came with the ipod, headphones and charging cord but NO brick to attach the charging cord to the wall.... Third, after I had to get a brick to charge it with, the iPods battery WILL NOT hold a charge. Battery depletes sometimes from full battery to none in 5 minutes. Returning this product! ... show more

Got it with in 3 days(I guess 2 because Sundays don't count) because I live one state over. The package was sealed tight so I felt good about people not opening it to see what was inside(happened before), but the ipod plastic case was chipped a little,Ipod its self was perfectly fine! Had some difficulty actually being able to start it (mainly because I don't understand technology) but charger, and head phones work, looks nice, and explored it and found no problems... yet. ... show more

Unfortunately I have to give a low review because the iPod was refurbished and still connected to someone else’s Apple ID so it was useless to my 10 yr old som on Christmas Day. Ruined his day because that was his “big” gift and was supposed to hook up to a vr headset too that he got. So we had to return it.
