I wouldn't even give it one star but I didn't have that option. The battery would not hold a charge for more than a few hours and when plugged in, it would immediately show full charge but that's not possible. Even when charged fully overnight, the battery would only last for a few hours or the iPod would shut off even when it still "had charge". This was not refurbished to working condition like it stated. Terrible product! When I reached out to the seller to see about getting a replacement, per their request, I provided my order number through Amazon and they "couldn't find my order with that order number". Shocker! Not messing with the seller, processed a return through Amazon and will be purchasing a brand new iPod this time. Not worth the risk of getting junk (refurbished).

Very Saddened about the battery life of my daughters iPod. She was very excited it was coming today I had it charged all day until she got home, when I tried to set it up it was dead within 10 min, and barely will hold a charge. Defiantly not worth the money, I spent on it, nor the disappointment. The home button also is very stiff, and does not have the option to change the feeling of it in the settings neither.

Received the Ipod on time. It was in great condition. It came with a charger that was not an apple charger so it is effecting the phones battery life. Other than that it was great!

The iPod arrived exactly as promised. Condition was excellent, and I had no trouble downloading songs and Audible books onto my "new" iPod Touch. I was very satisfied with the price, quality, and condition of the item I purchased, and II will definitely shop with this seller in the future.

I had to go back and change my original review after the product deceived me. The battery life is a really big issue,its a defective ipod as many that are being sold by the seller. Its not refurbished and renewed,I found tiny scratches on the product from being dropped. The product charges fully throughout the charging session but doesn't maintain anything. Their are various things to do on this iPod but using them is pretty much a window of 30mins or less beforr the juice goes out. Im sending back after only a few days.

I ordered two of these for my kids for Christmas and was hoping to leave a positive review. They both arrived well packaged and started right up as I wanted to have them set up and charged for my kids to use on Christmas morning. There were no marks or scratches and looked like a brand new ipod not refurbished. I was pleased with them "out of the box". However about an hour after opening one of them went dead so put back on the charger thinking I had mistakenly not let them get fully charged. Fifteen minutes later it showed a full charge so took it off and resumed playing. Less than 10 minutes passed and pop-up message said 20% left. Plugged back up and left it the rest of the day thinking maybe the gauge was off. Much to my disappointment that didn't help. The ipod wouldn't hold a charge for more than an hour. Sent it back and Amazon (best customer service in the industry) refunded my money quickly. My son who still can't hold attention for more than a few minutes had not played on his very much so I checked to see if his was having the same issue. Again to my disappointment it was so I had to return the other as well. I am giving two stars because looks and performance are good, battery life was the only issue and I feel with all of the bad reviews Amazon will address this with the company that refurbishes these.
