Great deal on a slightly used device! Saved a couple hundred dollars compared to a new iPad Pro. There was very little cosmetic damage and you can't tell with the case on anyways. It works great, I am very happy with my purchase.

Okay so I admit I was REALLY NERVOUS reading the reviews on here, but I couldn't pass up a price like this, so I took a gamble. This bad boy not only arrived on time, it had not even one scratch on it, and to my surprise it turned on with an 80% charge! Bonus! It arrived with the CORRECT CHARGER! I'm assuming either I lucked out, or whoever was in charge of the refurbishment of these ipads was taking notes on these reviews. The only thing is he ipad needed updated but likely because it hadn't been used in a while, if at all. I honestly could not be more pleased! ... show more

UPDATED COMMENTS 3/18/2021. Im sorry to say this iPad died after only 9 months (in October 2020) and is NOT covered by this company for repairs. I contacted Apple and they said it was ‘out of warranty’. 1/2020... I’m very pleased with the whole process and the iPad Pro. I broke my iPad last week, needed a replacement and was a little worried the new one would not be ‘as advertised’. Well my expectations were met and I am very pleased that I bought the new iPad through Amazon and this seller.
