Love my I Pad Pro. Happy with delivery on time and in good condition. Tablet itself was in excellent shape. No scratches that I could see. Charged up quickly. Surprised that the wall plug was a Samsung plug, but worked fine. Set up was easy. Battery life I don't know yet since I just had opportunity to charge it and use it. I went with the renewed iPad Pro 9.7” 256 GB in Space Grey for grad school and use in the medical field. I paid $377.77 for the iPad. I had a couple issues and opted to handle it myself rather than contacting and working with the seller - the rating doesn’t necessarily reflect their customer service. Shipping and delivery was extremely fast. When the item arrived it had some cosmetic damage to one of the corners (probably visible by the arbitrary “arm length” rule) but the screen was perfect and the corner would be covered in the case that it would live in. Not a big deal. The battery arrived with 12% life rather than the 80%. It also died within 10 minutes. I don’t believe this reflects lack of charging attempt by the seller as much as it does the condition of the battery itself. I followed Apple troubleshooting for the battery. I updated the iOS. The charger that arrived doesn’t have a brand and didn’t seem to charge well; I bought a new charger for $50 (which I had already planned on buying anyway) and the iPad charged but would still die within an hour when at 100%. Today I brought it to the Apple Store to have them replace the battery. I explained that I had bought it on Amazon Renewed. They evaluated it and determined the battery was, in fact, junk. However, for $99 they were able to give me a brand new iPad (the same model). Yes, this was a bit of a hassle but I’m sitting here with a brand new iPad Pro for $478.99 I can live with that. ... show more

I bought this is February 2024. It is now August 2024 and I can count on one hand the number of times that I have been able to use it. It doesn’t charge properly and if by a miracle you are able to fully charge it, it will last less than two hours and the battery will be completely drained. You are better off buying a new one or buying a used/open box from a reputable store! ... show more

I’ve had the iPad for about four months now, and is in good shape and performing well. No significant visible marks. Unfortunately, the battery arrived, showing that it was brand new, but its performance did not even close to match. At most I was getting four hours of use out of it on a full charge. Now at this point it’s already down to about two. I suspect they use either a very low quality battery, or not a new one when they service it. ... show more
