    • First iPad sent was defective but second one worked and looked like it was supposed to
I ordered one of these iPads and the first one I received was clearly not inspected very well as it was bent near the lightning port. It looked as though someone had rested the iPad on something like a pencil or other round object and then had put something heavy on it. Odd for sure. I contacted the seller right away and they agreed to the return. I had to order it again as there was no way to exchange it. According to the selling policy, which was not listed when I bought it, I had to pay for return shipment to send back their defective iPad they shouldn't even had sent in the first place. I contacted the seller again and within a couple of days they agreed to send me a prepaid label so it didn't cost me to return it. The second order came through and this one is not bent and works and looks exactly as they noted it would when I placed the order. Overall, a good value but a bit of a hassle to reorder and send the other back. If they had sent me the second iPad first it would have been a 5 star rating. At least their customer service stepped up and made the return easy and refund was quick once they received it. ... show more

    • Always wanted an iPad Pro, now I have one, and I am really happy!
First off, I always wanted an iPad Pro, but could not see paying an arm-and-a-leg for something that was going to be my back-up on long haul flights. So when Amazon had one of the older generation iPad Pro 9.7 in a refurbished condition, I took the chance. Pros - This is a small lightweight tablet that has lots of space (128GB) has a beautiful screen, sounds greats, plays almost any format in eBook reader, video player and of course music. Pros - So far I have all my movies loaded up, about a 1000 eBook of every format and all my daily music. I still have lots of room left over for anything else I might decide to add such as documents, excel spread sheets and power point. Pros - The battery life has been excellent and use it daily without even getting close to the 75% level. Pros - I can use my Air Pods with Bluetooth so I really don't need a set of headphones. Cons - This is typical of an Apple product; I can't cycle wallpaper as I can on my MacBook Pro or Android device. I have always disliked this but it's consistent with the iOS across all Apple tablets & iPhones. Cons - Video formats are limited, so I installed VLC to watch MKV, MP4 formatted video. Cons - It is impossible to just add files from a PC. Apple does not allow the user to transfer anything using the iOS software. That’s were an Android OS pays off. You have to use an Apple File Manager and they are terrible as well. It can be done, but it’s a real pain. Summary - I am very happy with the iPad Pro 9.7 because of the size, the memory, and the outstanding screen and battery life. Would I recommend this tablet? Yes, as long as you don’t pay full price and willing to buy it refurbished. I would never buy this tablet or any Apple tablet with the sticker shock prices. ... show more

I purchased what I thought was described in the title, an “ Apple iPad Pro 9.7-inch (128GB, Wi-Fi, Space Gray) 2016 Model - (Renewed).” I however slowly figured out over the course of the last few days that this was not what I received. The first thing I noticed was storage. I bought the 128gb because it seemed to be affordable and I figured that would suffice for day to day work. I opened up settings and under storage it proudly said “59.4 gb,” which means that it is 64 gb with the operation system. This upset me quite a bit, because I looked around for the best option, and the 128 gb is more, which is what I paid for. The next thing I noticed was that it did not come with an actual iPad charging adapter. Using a third party charger would not normally bother me in the slightest, however after research I found that an iPad requires a 12V 2amp charging adapter. The one I received was 5v 1amp, which many say is not good for the iPad battery. The last bit of misleading information I discovered today, when the case I ordered for the iPad came in the mail. I purchased a case for a 9.7-inch iPad Pro. The case was too small for the iPad, not because of anything wrong with the case, but because the iPad was not actually 9.7-inches. I looked in settings again to find that the iPad was actually the 10.5-inch 2017 model. I do not mind having a slightly bigger product, nor do I see 64 gb as enough, but I was highly disappointed to see how falsely advertised this was. The storage on the tablet was half of what I had paid for. The iPad itself functions very well and is a wonderful product because Apple almost never disappoints, but customer service is very important to me, and part of that is getting what you paid for, which is what is advertised. I am ready to change my review pending a response to the message I sent to the seller. UPDATE: The seller contacted me and was very helpful in resolving things.
