Bought this in June. Okay so first thing I noticed when I got the package was how absolutely inadequately it was packaged, It was in this literal plastic wrap just in a normal yellow package. Like Jesus, but somehow luckily, it wash damaged at all. When I went to look at the iPad, there was really only one tiny imperfection, was kinda like a small cut on the lower end, its not really noticeable, you have to look really hard. On top of that they also gave me a cellular version instead of normal wifi so that was pretty cool. Few months later with the Apple Pencil, I love this tablet. So lightweight, so fast, beautiful screen and solid audio. Especially if you have a MacBook, you can use it as a second display kinda. so far this device is really great. ... show more

So because those ipads are refurbished it won't be from Amazon warehouse! Basically over here you'll buy that item from whatever seller thats selling it.... So my first purchase this is what I got ( see the pics) the ipad came in a very BAD shape...again you are paying over $500 for an item that clearly says on the description and should come looking like new...and this is what I got: scratched,dented with glue residue tape on the camera area! ...so needless to say I returned it right away..I thought this was even a joke when I got it! After the return I did a second purchase here but it was a completly different story...the seller sold me a GREAT ipad, flawless...so my advice to you: before buying look at the seller's page and check/ read the reviews! This is really important since people will give you their perspective with the items that they get from the specific seller!!!!! Unfortunately Amazon won't allow us to publish the seller's name here, so I basically had to give a honest bad review on the seller's page.... but most important thing before buying is checking seller's! I ordered the wrong ipad so I sent it back and ordered the correct ipad and so far its been awesome, just like new. Seller refunded me for the first ipad, and even offered to send me a spare charger which was really nice of them. Highly recommend buying from them.

I got this iPad pro 3rd gen 12.9" and I was a little worried about it being refurbished. I was like whatever and now that I got it, I'm so happy with it. It came in almost perfect condition and I got a great deal which is a bonus!!

i received my apple ipadm pro 3rd generation today . to my surprise it came a day early, ipad is in near pristrine condition. cant say anything about battery yet have to fully charge it. so far perfect. . kudos to seller for such prompt service thank you
