Ordered for my daughters birthday because she wanted to upgrade her screen size (have 6th gen iPad 32gb), and also storage capacity. I was NOT disappointed. We received IPad Pro, 258gb, 12.9 inch screen a day earlier than expected. No scratches, dents, or screen issues. First day we let charge to 100% before using because battery was 2% when it arrived (not a big deal). I’ve read so many mixed reviews I was kinda worried about getting a dud but my instinct told me to order and I am pleased that I did. Battery life is great, 100% lasts for hours…… and my kid lives on FaceTime with her cousins…. And they also are playing games and sharing screens the whole time and battery still lasts. Her old iPad 6th gen was purchased in 2018 brand new and it’s battery doesn’t last near as long and never has. Very impressed with seller and product would purchase from them again. Ipad came in good condition and was what I ordered. I think it will be great for art and taking notes in class. There is some very minor scratches around the edge of the shell but the back and front look great. It is an amazon renewed product so I wouldn't expect like new condition and these flaws won't be visible with a case. As soon as I got it I checked the battery with a free app and it seems to be in only average condition which is a bit disappointing. Could be just from the app, so if the battery is fine I will raise to five stars later. Interestingly my ipad looks like it came with screen protector already installed and a hard shell black case? Maybe the seller wanted to help protect it while shipping. I'll never complain about getting extra stuff I did not expect, but I took the case off right away, it was pretty ugly. I only mention it in case other buyers were planning to buy a case or screen protector along with their ipad. You might not need to! I had heard great reviews about the iPad Pro as a drawing tool, so I couldn't pass up the opportunity to scoop one up for a hefty discount. I had also never purchased a refurbished electronic device before, so I was a bit skeptical as to how good the quality would be. The iPad didn't come in it's original packaging, which was slightly disappointing because I've never used an Apple product before and had to turn to the internet for instructions. It did come with charging cable and adapter. The device itself was in fantastic condition. The screen had a few micro scratches, but no otherwise glaring flaws. The OS is clean and snappy, and I didn't have any trouble setting it up an Apple ID (which is a problem I've heard of with used devices). The device also didn't have any trouble pairing with the keyboard and pencil I purchased. Overall, an incredible value for a used product in excellent condition. ... show more

in good shape but battery was at 82% and 80% indicates it is near the end of useful life as Apple defines it. Get this program and test yours to see if the battery has ~500 cycles which is normal. This is high.

I received this iPad in very good conditions. Great price for an iPad Pro from 2017. I was able to update the iPad to the latest version. A lot of hard disk space and big screen. I purchased it for music sheet but it has so much space and works so well that I’m using it also for takin notes (with apple pencil first version), so tiring my books,music and comics collection.
