    • Worst refurbish iPad Pro I’ve bought yet
First, the battery sometimes goes down from 100% to 70-80% in just 10 min. Second, when you are charging and using the iPad at the sometime, frequently the touch screen & finger print doesn’t respond. And when you remove the charge wire from charge port, everything goes back to working condition. Third, sometimes the screen freezes & crash seconds later as if it’s android device. The iPad doesn’t have any damage or scarf visible. But it has several issues mentioned above as if scrapes of apple components where put together to be sold as used device in a good condition.     • I’ve got nothing against the iPad, but...
I’m going to look up who sold this to me and pan them across the board. And I’ll update this with their name as a warning to others. It came packaged well. The cables were shot and I had to replace the adapter and cable pretty much immediately. I would think that would be part of the whole refurbishing thing. I had no problem at all getting it added at my cell carriers’. Last dig for the refurbisher, it didn’t come with the full suite of software it should have. This is obviously not done by Apple. The screen and all that were fine. And once I had proper charging equipment it runs fine. I just wish I could have gotten this set-up in a different color and vendor. My bad seller was techdeals4less. I absolutely cannot recommend them. I will never purchase anything from them ever again. Be sure to double check that final price before you do that final click to purchase. That’s my big mistake. ... show more

    • Sent a iPad with a faulty charging port
The plug does not sit correctly nor does the battery maintain a charge. Pretty huge oversight to ship out as working. My only option is for refund and no replacement. No guarantee I’ll be able to find a product then at the same price point. No assistance besides this statement of refund verbatim copy pasted. I now need to find a backup to move everything from the iPad and figure out how to factory wipe it— (I’d just replaced the last old one and sold it only to discover this problem.) Or, I take it to a repair shop to have additional work done to it, out of my own pocket. Large pain in the butt. Beware if there’s a “good price” you might end up in my position with basically an unusable iPad you then need to return and jump through all these extra hoops. ... show more

Sometimes the Ipad will get its screen stuck but responds less than a minute later other than that it works okay sucks cant use any apple pencil with my type of Ipad generation 2017 & down
