Unfortunately, I was a bit miffed that the seller couldn't fulfill the 512gb model I put an order in for after I paid. However, I will say, they did send me the same model, at 256gb, and it's the cellular model, which I didn't have much intention of really using anytime soon, but it is very nice to have for later on if I do, so I appreciate that upgrade. They also refunded me the difference, so that was cool of em. The device itself is in spotless shape, not a scuff or mark anywhere, and it works perfectly, absolutely beautiful unit. I ordered this to replace my IPad Pro 4th Gen. I initially ordered the 2026 IPad Air. While very nice and similar size it was an obvious downgrade especially noticed in the speaker quality. I’ve been using this iPad Pro M4 for about a week now. When I ordered it, I didn’t think that there would be much difference between my older model and the newer one other than maybe a little bit quicker response when launching apps. The screen quality is beautiful. The 13 inch screen is great for viewing movies which I use it a lot for and it’s very responsive and snappy overall I’m very pleased and so glad that I made the jump to upgrade. It also came in perfect condition although I think the shipping box could’ve been a little bit better as I was very worried it would’ve been damaged when I opened it due to zero padding and protection inside the box thankfully everything was OK. ... show more

As expected, this iPad arrived overnight in excellent condition. There’s a minor scratch in the screen, not a big deal. You can’t see it at all with the screen protector I put on. Battery health is 100%. Mfg. date 05/2025, first use date 09/2025, so it’s practically new. Storage capacity is 1Tb, it came with a charger plug and cord. Seller sent a garbage iPad. Digitizer does not properly respond to touch. On any given task when swiping the finger there is a 1-2 second delay before the screen responds. Total BS. It was my wife’s gift and I thought it was safe since it says Refurbished Excellent. Nothing excellent about it. Don’t take the risk and buy anything from this seller. They obviously have no QC department. What they do is get iPads with shattered screens and put aftermarket lower quality screen and digitizer in. Instead of using proper Apple OEM equipment.
