The media could not be loaded. I bought this as a gift for my parents during the holidays. They were not able to use it since they couldnt figure out how to turn it on. They live in a different state unfortunately couldnt bring it to me right away. I plugged it into my Mac for the very first time to activate the device come to find out the iPad was received damaged - the screen would not turn on and after 10 mins it would flicker in and out.
