Update: I contacted Amazon, and they gave me a credit to purchase the OEM charging brick. After running some tests, it looks like the iPad is pretty much brand new, with 91 charging cycles and 95% max capacity. The device was shipped in near-perfect condition, with just a very tiny blemish inside the bezel near the edge and some barely noticeable blemishes on the rear. IMHO, it is 99% new from an aesthetic point of view. However, for battery preservation, it should have probably been stored at at least 20% battery life, shipped completely dead, and not powered on for a few minutes. The iPad is pristine; however thebattery was DEAD. I have had to charge it from ZERO charge. I donot know how the battery will be until it is fully charged. Until it is fully charged I will not transfer my old iPad to it.

However the charging cable they provided 100% does not meet the requirements, also there was no charging brick included.
