12.9 iPad Pro 512gb with cellular I have attached pictures showing the device and the minor damage found. I was a little nervous purchasing renewed but I am very pleased with the device. There was minor damage to one of the corners where the previous owner had dropped it, but the screen was in excellent condition with no discoloration or scratches that I could find. I fully inspected the outside of the device and only found the minor damage to the corner, everywhere else was in perfect condition. After turning the device on, I ran it through its paces to make sure everything was good. I didn’t find anything wrong with the device and it was up to date on software. My only complaint is the off brand charger that they ship with it. Luckily I had read the other reviews and purchased a good quality charger and cable at the same time. The charger they shipped with it will take all night and morning just to charge the device. I kept it just for an emergency, but you can honestly throw it away. Brand new, this device goes for $1,500. Renewed, I was able to save almost $600. As long as you don’t expect perfect condition, you will not be disappointed. A simple case for protection and it completely covers the little bit of damage that MIGHT come on yours. ... show more

Just received the 12.9 Wifi and Cellular 512 GB ipad pro- 3rd gen and it's awesome! I was debating between getting this model w 512GB or the newer model with 128GB and I'm soooo happy with this version. I don't need 3 cameras- but I do need memory and a speedy processor and this is perfect. It came and charged up right away- not even 1 scratch and has been holding a solid charge already. I added a sim card and everything has been working flawlessly. (this thing really looks brand new) I also ordered the Logitech slim folio pro case and keyboard (also refurbished) and it too came looking brand new and is an amazing case and much more affordable option than the apple magic keyboard. I give this seller 5 stars because it not only shipped fast but I got a brand new looking Ipad pro w 512gb of memory for less than half of what a new one would cost. ... show more

Ive tried purchases use / refurbished / renewed things in the past and they have never worked out well. This will be the last one. Received Ipad in a pretty poor packing job, half the bubble wrap was popped because of the ipad / charging bouncing around inside. No problem. Its used. It has a few minor dents but at least the screen isnt damaged.. I update the ipad and put all of my info in and start to charge it. It charges for about 30 minutes then stops. Try again. Unplug, replug. Does the same thing. Okayyy. Ill move it to another outlet. Same thing. If I am having huge issues like charging just out of the box this is not a great start. I go to return the item. Turns out because it wasnt through one of Prime or Amazon's channels that I can't just go drop it off. I had to rewrap the Ipad, tape it, make sure you dont forget to PUT A NOTE INSIDE to say if you want to replace it or refund it...then the real KICKER! I had to PAY to ship it back!!! $12.79. What a WASTE of TIME / GAS / MONEY. I have no idea how their star rating is so high... NEVER buying from this company or a 'renewed' item again. ... show more

Best tablet available in many aspects. Still wish Apple would include a USB port to simply the transfer of files, but this is not likely to happen. You’ll need USB-C cables and/or adapters if you don’t already have them (item came with one very short USB-C cable that is too short to be practical). Battery life is excellent, download speeds fast, screen resolution outstanding. I purchased this as a “renewed” item— so far it works very well with no problems. Came with a 1” scratch on the screen that I wish wasn’t there or was at least advertised as such beforehand. It’s always risky buying refurbished products, but I’m thoroughly impressed at the condition my unit was in. I received mine from all out apple and it was actually in excellent condition. There’s very few micro scratches on the edge of the screen that you could only see when holding a flashlight up to it but that’s about it. There isn’t a single scratch or scuff on the outside of the iPad. It came with a 20 watt apple charger that did have some scuffs on it but that’s not a problem for me. Battery health was about 85%. I haven’t had very long test it but it’s looking very promising and I will update the review if I find anything concerning.
