Overall this was a good perchase. The price was reasonable and the iPad works well. My only complaint is the battery. The battery runs down very quickly after about 4 hours of continuous use. I own an older 11” iPad and the battery life is much better.

Not going to lie. Pretty disappointed with this purchase. I thought I got lucky when I received it. No visible scratches or damage. The screen was on when I received it as others have complained about but that’s fine. I was able to use the ipad about an hour, setting it up and downloading a few apps. I used my personal apple ipad charger and put it on charge and left it a little while. When I came back the screen no longer worked, the backlight comes on but there is no image on the ipad. I’ve tried hard resetting it many times and letting it sit on charge. I even tried the third party charger that came with it but it appears the ipad has some internal issue that existed before I received it unfortunately. I can’t even get on it to erase my account from it. I will have to try via iCloud. Pretty let down and will be returning this device ... show more
