Be very mindful that the tablet IS in fact renewed. Meaning it belong to someone, they didn't want it, and the sellers test the iPad to make sure it's still functional before selling it. There is a chance will be some slight flaws with your tablet that maybe over looked when you receive it but nothing that would hinder the performance of the tablet. Sometimes things get over looked, it happens. With that said I am absolutely in love with the quality of my tablet. A friend of mine recommended me this seller since it's where they got their iPad so I took her word on it. I wanted to wait a bit before making a review incase something happens to the tablet but so far I haven't come across any major issues. First of all it came in the mail 3 days early than expected so I was super excited to get home from work and try it out. Everything is super responsive to touch and to my pen, and the magnetic charge for the pen works as intended and charges fast. The battery on the tablet itself works fine, the only thing I noticed was that it takes a while for it to charge but that could just be my charger itself but the tablet does last for the whole day when I'm drawing and when I plug it in at night before I go to bed I wake up and it's ready for me to get back to work on. Minor scratches on the back and corner of the tablet but nothing that a case cover can't hide. Both sides of the speakers work so I can play music while I draw or YouTube videos, sound quality is alright but nothing worth bragging about. I haven't tried video calling with it or the camera because it's not something I would do with it, however when I hook it up to my computer to do streaming there is no latency. Overall I'm pleased with the product, it runs like new and it does what I intend for it to do- draw digital art with. If you're looking for an iPad that won't break your bank this is worth, plus they do guarantee a return or exchange if there is anything wrong with it. I say it's worth buying, but don't expect a brand spanking new iPad straight out of an apple box. There will be some small flaws with it but nothing that hinders the performance of the iPad. ... show more

    • Excruciating Return Policy
I ordered four of the refurbished 12.9” iPad Pros for my business. All arrived at low charge states (from 1% to 73%). When I started charging the units, three of the charging cables were very difficult to install. I had to be very careful not to damage the connections, but finally got all four started charging. One of the iPads did not take a charge at all. I replaced the charger with a proven charger and it never charged beyond 15% over several hours. So, right away, I’m concerned about the quality control. When I began the process of returning the defective iPad, there was no option for replacement; only Return for Refund or contact Apple Customer Care for technical support. I decided to return the item and then order another. Not until I had completed the return process to the point of printing the mailing label did it become clear that the only method of returning the item was to wait for a UPS driver to pick up the item, at my residence, in person with an adult present. There is no provision for dropping off the item at a UPS facility. I contacted Amazon Customer Service with a Chat and they said that there was no way they could provide a drop off option. So, the only way I can return it is if the driver happens to come by at a time I’m actually there. ... show more

Bang for your buck for real. received with very little scratches not bent or anything. the charger is really cheap tho i recommend getting an apple charger. it’s lightweight charges fast and the quality is pretty good. i’m typing this on the ipad tho lol.

This iPad was bought refurbished after my other iPad Pro died. I have this one and a iPad 5th generation and it took a little bit of getting used to the ginormous screen size, but I love it! It came basically brand new looking and had barely any noticeable cosmetic damage. Charges normally, and the battery life is phenomenal for watching videos/movies/music.
