It came in near perfect condition it’s sooo good 👍 I’m very happy with my tablet. It came 90% charged despite it being cold when I received it. My old iPad had trouble charging, and I wanted to move to a 12.9 Pro. However, the cost new was daunting. I've had success buying refurbished electronics, so I thought I'd try it for this purpose. It arrived yesterday. It was in excellent condition, as promised. No fancy Apple packaging, but that is a plus environmentally. One small issue is that it came with a charging cable and a charging block. The cable worked, but the block didn't. I spoke with an Amazon customer service rep, and I was going to have to return the iPad and everything to get a working brick. Here's the thing: I checked what was supposed to be in the box. I was only supposed to receive the iPad and the charging cable!! The brick was extra. So, I decided not to bother with a return. So far, the unit is beautiful. I'm very happy. I'll try to remember to update the review in a few months. From a conservation and financial perspective, I really recommend buying reconditioned electronics! ... show more

I paid for excellent quality and I don’t believe thats what I received, the buttons are scratched up and same with camera area. How can someone scratch their buttons? The screen also had some marks on the upper corners on the surface The battery seems to also only be at 80% or below, battery drains kinda fast depending on app your using. Besides that its a great device and if you can look past the cosmetic issues you should be fine. Software wise it running the latest iPadOS and is kinda laggy sometimes but thats to be expected with older devices. ... show more

I got this iPad almost two weeks ago.. I love it.. The screen size is pefect for me which i love.. The color of the iPad is alright it has a litle bit of a scuff on the left side on the top and bottom corner and a tiny scratch on the back but not noticeable and can be covered with a case.. It works like new.. The weight is good even though it is a bigger iPad it is comfortable to carry… In all the iPad is worth the price and i would buy another one from this seller.. ... show more
