Device came largely as expected, I ordered an “acceptable” quality iPad Pro, there are a few light scratches on the screen that I can live with and that a screen protector will mask. Overall the device seems to work as intended. It was packaged well, came with a USB-C charger and block which was nice, bur please note the charger and block don’t work, so have your own USB-C charger. The device came charged at 88%. There are also some other minor scratches and dings to the back and sides that look like maybe just from daily use by the previous owner(s). That will be easily masked with a case and screen protector. This is a day 1 review but if the device continues to work as expected I would use this seller again, and I would recommend them. I bought this iPad Pro 2020 refurbished (excellent) received it April 2, 2026. I gave it a four star review because it arrived quickly. It charges to 100%, touch sensitivity is very good, condition is good just a few screen marks but does not effect the look or use, screen quality is very good and the battery is very good. I have to finish the setup. It also seems to have been updated to the 2026 iPad Pro. Very pleased with this iPad Pro. It feels like I bought a new one not a refurbished one. ... show more

Label created, carrier never received, had to re-order from different seller.

Ordered January 26th, label created January 27th, no movement afterwards. The date of delivery was today, January 30th, and I waited until today to see if it would come or if anything would change as far as status went, etc., nothing. So I called FedEx first since thats the carrier who supposedly had my package, they told me they didn't have it and that it never left whatever facility that it was at. I then called Amazon, I went through two people to find out that it was at whatever facility, and that the person I was speaking to was going to email them, and then have them email me to figure out what was going on, and if i didn't hear anything to call them back ( I was told I would get an email today, it wasn't a shock to me when I didn't receive one ). I waited for almost four hours ( I called at 10 AM and waited until 1:45 PM to call back ), called them back, re-explained the situation, and I was told that there was no movement, no updates, and essentially nothing they could do except refund me so I could order another one. Two things should be noted; 1. I noticed on Saturday that the money for the iPad, but nothing else I bought at that same time, same order ( 2nd Gen Apple Pencil, Case for iPad Pro, and replacement screws for my Macbook Air ) was refunded to my account. I just thought that it was one of those weird things since I ordered it on a Friday, or maybe because it was such a large, expensive item that it was put back and would be taken out Monday, today, the day I was supposed to receive my iPad. I was honestly just trying to stay positive about this situation, it seems like every time I order new technology I have to fight to get it in my hands and working. *The Apple Pencil, case for the iPad I don't have right now, and screws were sent from Amazons warehouse itself, I got those items today.* 2. When I initially placed my order for this particular iPad, the "third-party seller" had said "Techexchangee", but when I went back to this same item, though my orders because its still there, it now says "Kanga Supply". When I went to google "Kanga Supply", the first thing to come up is "Kanga Supply - BBB Complaints". I don't know why all of the sudden the "third-party seller" changed, I don't understand why I wasn't notified that my item couldn't/wouldn't ship, this is extremely frustrating for me to have to deal with especially when there are no clear answers as to why this is happening besides the fact that these people are schmucks. *They should be named "Schmuck Supply"* I didn't do a good job doing outside research, 100% my fault and it will never happen again, this is a huge waste of my time and now I'm upset instead of happily setting up my iPad Pro. This was supposed to be my One Month Sober *from alcohol* gift to myself, something that I have wanted for a long time, that I could finally afford, that I earned, and I can't express to anyone how disappointed and upset that I am that I have to go through this process all over again. My best advice would be to make sure that it ships FROM AMAZON, so you're not wasting your time making phone calls, being "refunded" ( I still don't understand why the money was put back with no indication that my package couldn't be sent ), re ordering, waiting longer, and being upset. ... show more
