After reading many negative reviews about bright spots on the screen, scratches and dents and the like, I was a little wary. I rolled the dice and it seems like i got a good one. It arrived carefully packaged in a generic box with a generic charger and cable. The iPad itself was in a nice plastic sleeve like in an OEM box. It looks basically brand new apart from a couple of hairline scratches on the screen. I held my breath as I powered it on, and thankfully there was no infamous bright spot above the home button. The battery lasted for almost 10 hours under heavy use today and it functioned flawlessly. As long as it continues to hold up, this was an excellent deal for an iPad pro with 512gb. Props to the seller Tech Ventures for coming through on this one. As a side note, I'm blown away by how fast and powerful this thing is. I'm using it primarily for GarageBand, and I can have layers and layers of synths, effects, and live instruments with no latency or glitches whatsoever! It's pretty amazing ... show more

If trusting that the particular iPad sent to me would be in good condition was a gamble, I won! iPad arrived in pristine condition, no flaws/scratches that I could see, it works perfectly so far, and no battery life issues (which can be a worry w/refurbished products). Furthermore, charger & cable sent do appear to be genuine; the charger box says "Designed By Apple" & looks just like the one I already have from the Apple store. Even if it is a really good knock-off, who cares? Go to an Apple store and buy a genuine box & cable for 50 bucks if it worries you; you still just saved a lot more money than that! Shipping was fast (the morning after after I ordered), item packaged with care... Fabulous product at a huge savings; I couldn't possibly complain! A+ ... show more

I was very skeptical to purchase a used iPad online. Read the reviews, lots of browsing other sites and comparing prices, settled on Amazon. iPad arrived nearly flawless. Only thing that indicated it wasn't new was the lack of original packaging and original charger (the supplied 3rd party charger works, but I would get a longer cable). I haven't put it through any rigorous testing, but based on my time spent using several apps (Safari, Youtube, Avid Control, various games), it works better than expected. Great battery life, no visible blemishes. Very happy with this experience, I will likely be buying used electronics again from Amazon. ... show more

Everything worked as expected. However, a little more care with its packing would have been a nice detail. Generic cable and charger were OK, but perhaps if they looked like Apple accesories instead of being Samsung its overall appearance would have been definitely better. I bought this for my husband for his birthday, and he absolutely loves it. It really feels like a brand new machine. He uses it all day, every day, there weren't any scratches or noticeable wear and tear. The battery life is great, picture quality is fantastic, processor is amazing. I have a 2017 iPad Pro as well, and after comparing the differences with the newer iPads, we are very glad that we decided to go with this one (especially for the price!) I got this set up and was working with it, and all of a sudden the screen faded out and I couldn't get it to work. Closed the Smart Cover and when I opened it, it presented the login screen. It would work for a while then fade back out. Closing the Smart Cover I could get it back to working for a short time. This was a major problem so I sent it back. ... show more
