There were only a few very minor/light scratches on the screen, but not really noticeable at all (honestly, so minor I probably shouldn't even mention it, but just being as honest as possible). The battery life is very long, even though it doesn't come with the original charger or cable.. who cares? if it works, it works! The touch screen is spot on, like new. No problems whatsoever. Physical condition was good. Battery life was 45% of original, in other words useless. Then when you return it Amazon receives it and makes you wait up to 30 days for a refund. TOTALLY NOT WORTH it. Avoid.

This was a gift. It works well, but when listening to music it gets hot for some reason. Otherwise everything works great. I personally find that somewhat alarming. It seem to me that playin music would not be an overtaxing of a product such as this one.
