It's always a little risky buying refurbished or renewed products, however this is one of the times I lucked out and got exactly what was described. I am very happy with my purchase and the fact I saved a lot of money without having to buy brand new. I would definitely purchase from this company again, and will definitely do so in the future. There were only a few very minor/light scratches on the screen, but not really noticeable at all (honestly, so minor I probably shouldn't even mention it, but just being as honest as possible). The battery life is very long, even though it doesn't come with the original charger or cable.. who cares? if it works, it works! The touch screen is spot on, like new. No problems whatsoever. screen developed a black bar across the bottom after 11 months. emailed vendor who said that since I bought it 3 years ago and then 2 years ago (different parts of the reply, both inaccurate), well too bad for me - suggested that I take it to apple. so much for renewed

Everything works great, I’m excited to be able to read manga easily on a big screen! My only complaint is there is a small crack/chip in the screen that’s sometimes very noticeable, but other times I’m able to ignore it fine. I knew I wasn’t getting a ‘like new’ product so…oh well. I just worry it’s going to cause me issues down the line. For now though, I’m happy with the purchase and I’m excited to use it! ... show more
