Dented, not the color described, and a brighter spot in the middle of the screen. It has also glitched to the Lock Screen a few times.. could’ve bought the gold iPad if I wanted gold and would’ve gotten it cheaper.

I was very unhappy with this product. About a week after I received it, it froze up on me and would not turn off. So I tried to hard reset it and the only thing it would do was go to a white screen with the apple logo on it. That's all it would do. I couldn't turn it back on. So I brought it to a computer hospital and they said it was a short or hardware problem. They couldn't fix it. So now I have a $400 paperweight. Very unhappy. Will never buy anything refabrecated again. And more then likely nothing from Amazon. ... show more
