I have purchased Amazon refurbished products before with good results so wanted to try this. Tried the premium option and received a device with a very scratched screen from different seller and returned it. Ordered excellent quality for a second try and it was cheaper. Ipad received has odd patch on the back that can't be removed and an ultimately unnoticeable scratch on screen. Given I was putting a case a screen protector on the item I decided to keep it. Functions fine and works for my needs. I think purchasing refurbished items from here still is a great value, just maybe temper your expectations and be willing to go through return process if you want the perfect item. I was skeptical about buying a refurbished iPad but I’m shocked. Looks brand new, battery life is great. I charged it completely and have used it periodically the past 3 days and it’s only at 60%. Bought this “like new” for my 7 year old daughter’s first tablet and it came all scratched up. The condition is good at best, and the seller is unresponsive. My kid doesn’t want to wait for another one, so we’ll just take the loss. Hopefully the battery lasts at least a year or 2, it seems to lose charge much quicker than it should.
