Got it today set it all up, it’s for a child. So far it’s great. Despite the screen brightness being medium low, I have noticed it does die faster than newer products, but it also does charge fast. Since it’s for my child, I don’t think that’s an issue, that could just make them get off the iPad after a while. I mostly did four stars because I noticed that thumbprint to unlock does not work while it’s charging. I’m not sure if this is user error but after several attempts, this is the conclusion I’ve drawn. I will update if this issue does not persist. ... show more

I was very skeptical about buying anything refurbished but this changed my mind. It's the best purchase yet. The did send the wrong charger but luckily I had the proper one from another device. It works great, charges fast, no scratches it was just like new.
