Advertised as “Wi-Fi plus cellular”. However, NOT SO!! I received a Wi-Fi only device. The battery is also in very poor condition - discharges 10% in about 15 minutes. My other mini lasts a solid day of browsing. It is charged overnight and runs on and off until bed time.
