I gave this 5 stars for serving my purpose. I'm a bass player in a working band, so I wanted a basic IPad to run a set list manager app to display on a stand while playing. I was pleasantly surprised when I set up the iPad and started working in it. It's a 32 gig and functions as it should. I updated the ios to 12.5.5 (that's the limit) and it runs smooth with no issues. The battery life hovers nicely around 80-90% after a full charge to serve my purpose. I also use YouTube, and safari to surf the web, and email. The outer case is in decent shape, and the screen is clear and clean. This is my 3rd iPad, but my first 'renewed', and I have no complaints so far with my limited use. Great price for what it's worth. ... show more

    • The ipad has a blue line on the screen going through the middle.
Screen has a blue line going through the middle and doesnt charge really at all. thats why im returning and asked for my refund. Great customer service and understanding

    • It’s good but there are some Cons
The media could not be loaded. It’s pretty good, I was scared to get it because of the reviews but it’s good overall, it’s kind of laggy when u scroll or click on things, and the battery life isn’t that good. It only charges if you’re off of it completely and won’t charge if you try and use it and charge it at the same time. And after a while it started getting really hot on the surface but when I left alone for a couple minutes it cooled down. It only upgrades up to iOS12 so there’s a lot of apps you can’t use which sucks Overall I’d give it a 7/10 ... show more
