When I received this iPad it looked great and I was excited to start using it. I tried to turn it on and nothing happened. I tried to charge it and nothing happened. When I tried to swap it for a new one Amazon customer support said that I would have to return it and order another one. Problem, to order a new one it would cost me $85 more than what I paid. The customer support rep told me not to worry that when they received the iPad back from the return they would credit my account an extra $85 to make up for the difference. They recieved the iPad and no credit was added. I called customer support again and this time the individual would answer my questions and was trying to get me off the line as quickly as possible. Long story short I never got my credit and no one a customer support wants to help. I would just buy a new iPad so you don’t run into the problems that Amazon renewed seem to have. ... show more
