When I call they want me to return the item after I put screen protectors and etc on .. not do the logical thing and send me a charging block !! So Iā€™ll use one I have and hope itā€™s the correct voltage . Iā€™ve called and chatted both . Now if that isnā€™t an issue for you then buy it. Itā€™s in great working condition (as of this review date) just received it today, set it up and put case and etc on (screen protector was a big pain) so far it seems to work just fine . Bluetooth works as it should as I also had to get a pencil to use with this. AGAIN NO CHARGING BLOCK . When I asked repeatedly for one I was told I HAVE TO RETURN IT TO GET ONE ! šŸ˜³šŸ˜® happy shopping all oh and another note if youā€™re getting this for a elderly family member or friend I suggest you make sure you have the charger and block first . Just received and it was missing the adapter that was supposed to be included. Powered on, everything so far is ok. Bought ā€œrenewed premiumā€ which gives you a 1 year warranty as opposed to just ā€œrenewedā€ which gives only 90 days. Came inn a plastic sleeve with QR code thatā€™s supposed to take you to some type of renewed verification site, and site was not active. ... show more

Came in Amazon Renewed box with charger and plug (not original) but work just fine. A couple of very minor scratches/dirt on back only visible super up close so Iā€™m not mad. Blue color is really subtle and looks more steel blue/silver but looks really pretty in a case! Battery can be a bit slow to charge especially with new ā€œcharging on holdā€ feature in iOS16 but it lasts most of the day and usb-c port can be used to charge other devices which is cool. Screen looks great and also connects to my hp docking station with external monitor, keyboard, mouse, and headset perfectly. Overall really happy, especially for the price! ... show more
