Offered as “Excellent Condition”…..should have been listed as Good. The up volume button is mashed in and you really have to work at it to get the volume to even increase at all. Battery life is average, at best. In my opinion, an iPad listed in excellent condition should have all working components and better than average battery life. ... show more

We ordered a refurnished IPad from this seller and received the product quickly. However, the product would flip back to the opening screen frequently and wouldn’t stay in a page when in use. We did troubleshooting without success. We returned the product without any difficulty and requested a replacement. Not only was it replaced, the iPad was upgraded to iPad 5 and the product arrived less than a week later. This product works perfectly and was in perfect shape.
