UPDATE: 6 months after purchase this stopped recognizing wifi. Took to Apple Store and they couldn't fix. What a waste of money. But it WAS great while it worked. Bum deal for 6 month life span. I originally ordered "Used - like new" and after research realized that refurbished is the way to go. So I cancelled the USED and bought REFURBISHED for about $100 less than brand new I got a great tablet! no scratches anywhere! Did have a scare when the initializing seemed glitchy but it finally completed and I love this tablet! Glad I got this instead of the new Pro. ... show more

    • Don't. Just.... don't.
This is the second iPad I have purchased from this seller. The first iPad came with a faulty charger. I was sent a refund to purchase new - no big deal. The second time when the same thing happened I emailed them again to let them know I was once again given a faulty charger. They promptly refunded me enough to again purchase another charger. I didn't think much of it because this was a personal use iPad for me and didn't use it often, I just assumed like the first one it was just a bad charger. Well- I assumed wrong, and I'm paying for it bc there is an issue with the iPad itself. It will not charge at all. So the wonderful iPad that I only used a handful of times is going to cost me an arm and a leg to repair. At this point I would've been better off buying a new one. Buyer be warned - I know I missed the 90 day cut off for returns, but I do not recommend purchasing from this seller. Not sure if they are fixing them just enough to make a quick buck off of people like me, or if I just had bad luck twice but I won't be purchasing from this seller again and you shouldn't either. ... show more

Everything works well, with the exception of the battery life. The battery doesn’t last at all!! I have to fully charge at least twice per day!!!!

So far so good! Even though it’s only been a few days, the iPad works great! It’s in great condition, but has a tiny scratch towards the edge of the iPad. When you put a case on the iPad you can’t even see the scratch so it doesn’t matter. Great value for the money.

I bought this because my old one (same model) doesn't stay charged and the charging cable doesn't like to stay in. The replacement is wonderful, no such problems. I really like the iPad Air - have tried other tablets but never found one even close to the performance of these Apple products. I use it every day to read, and often take it with me to open mics to use for backing tracks. Just a wonderful product. ... show more

I had an issue with this 'renewed Ipad Air 2 with 1.5 months of purchase - it started getting hot when charging and just 'died' on day - never to be revived - Certified Reseller was quick to assist and stayed in contact with me until the full refund was provided - that's worth 5 stars in my book !!
