Excellent condition for renewed product and it is, it looks new! It will need to be charged to 100%, it was only at 24% when I turned it on. I learned about whether I needed a sim card from the seller, I don't. But, I may in the future.

Wish I could leave a 0 star. I bought this iPad for my son for Christmas. Lo and behold, when he opens it, the iPad barely works. It constantly restarts, won’t hold a charge, and when it does shut off I have to force restart it, and sometimes it wouldn’t turn on at all. Literally did everything Apple told me to do go fix it and nothing worked. Tried to return it through the company, but they refused to help me because I was past the return date (it was for CHRISTMAS so of course I didn’t open it before). All they said they could do was refund me a measly 5% refund…a whole $7 back of my like $160 purchase. Thats an insulting low amount. Never buy from this company. ... show more

The Ipad is in very good condition. I had to buy a sim card so I could use it with data, but that's not an issue. The only problem I have seen so far is a small, little white spot on the right side of the screen. As I said, as long as it doens't get any bigger, it's not an issue. This iPad is fantastic. I was a little nervous buying this iPad online because it was such a good price. However, it arrived on time and has no issues. I have had it for about 5 months now, and it has been wonderful. Somedays it seems like the battery lasts forever, and other days it appears to die quickly. It could be me just not paying attention to the battery life, but that is the only potential complaint I have. It had no scratches or cracks.
