I bought this refurbished iPad for my daughter this Christmas. We turned it on TODAY set up WIFI and immediately had red flags! The iPad was registered to BALLERTV (whoever and whatever that is) and a message came across saying this device is monitored and tracked by BALLERTV. I tried several times to reset and delete but whoever this tablet belonged to has complete control. You can’t FaceTime there’s no Apple App Store you can’t download apps you can’t create an Apple ID. The most you’re able to do with this iPad is search the web. I have issued a return and will update on that experience and change the rating some to show how well customer service is with this business. Because I know accidents happen. But how this business handles this will determine the true rating. But as of right now it’s at a one star because I have a very upset kid and I hate there wasn’t alittle more due diligence behind the history on this iPad. **UPDATED** After tons of back and forth emails with this seller that got nowhere. And something to note I had to involve AMAZON reps each time to just get this seller to email me back I decided this was going nowhere and filed a AZ CLAIM. They had the returned iPad for several days and still wanted proof I mailed the iPad back?!?! So this business is either shady or highly unorganized. Either way it’s not professional when dealing with people’s money. Now having said all this I did purchase two and the other iPad works fine. And I would have been fine with an exchange honestly I would have preferred it. But because this company lacked so badly in responding to their customers I had to result to AMAZON requesting a full refund. Which I’m still out like $10 bucks because I had to purchase a box and wrap the iPad safely to mail back. ... show more

The ipad keeps freezing, and was delivered uncharged, its slow, it dies very fast, the quality of the ipad is good no scratches or damages, i guess you get what you paid for never again.
