Packaging was minimal with bubble wrap envelope but item was received in good condition. Works great and looks brand new received the cable and charger in pristine condition. So far no problems works great.

I absolutely love my iPad, and I use it everyday. I've wanted one for a while now, but dishing out a ton of money just wasn't possible so I'm glad I found refurbished ones! The ONLY thing I was a little upset by was that I paid for the one where there are no cracks on the screen. There's a crack in the very bottom corner which makes the screen protector not sit perfectly there. However, it's technically not the screen and its really only the frame so they weren't wrong. I just didn't think it would come with that so I was only a little disappointed just because I wasn't expecting it. So keep that in mind! Very good quality though and I love it ... show more

I bought this iPad for my 82 year old dad who had an iPhone. It was easy for him to operate and it uploaded everything right from his phone easily. I was a little weary of ordering a refurbished iPad but I am very happy now that I did. I'm thinking of getting g one for myself now, lol.
