It was packaged very securely. It looks like a brand new iPad, Not a scratch or dent on it, It’s amazing! It functions perfectly! My iPhone 7 was so full so I moved a lot of my apps over to the iPad. I can even watch movies on it.! I forgot to mention - it’s “refurbished.” but I chose “premium” condition & so far it has been! My only regret is that I didn’t order more storage. The Awanta brand cable and ac/dc adapter sent with this ipad doesn’t work on any device I have. This refurbished 2019 ipad will only charge with a genuine Apple charger and ac/dc adapter.
