So far so good. I am EXTREMELY happy with this purchase. Came perfect, as described. Original magic keyboard, and mouse. Didn't come in the original apple box, but was packaged in multiple boxes, with tons of protection when shipping. Clear plastic on EVERYTHING to protect every inch of this beautiful computer. I was really worried about buying refurbished, I never have before, and purchased the extra 3 year coverage from a third party, but I'm now thinking that was wasted money. Very quick computer, amazing display. You would never know its refurbished. I would definitely recommend buying this refurbished to save $500-$600 bucks! Will update review if necessary, but I'm sure I won't have to do that. ... show more

A lie [something which is contrary to the truth is the meaning of the word lie!] was told when I was informed on the Amazon site that the keyboard and mouse were genuine Apple Keyboard and mouse, not so! A very cheap and tardy keyboard and mouse were sent despite being told otherwise. No instruction/operating manual was included despite the fact that they exist for this model .Although the computer is a 10 year old it functions well enough and I am about to increase ram from the standard 8 to 32 Scratches on the rear are also visible beyond arms length. The cost was a genuine bargain price but whole truths need to be told so as to avoid misleading consumers! For a renewed 10 year old computer it is in reasonable cosmetic condition and very good value . Extra expenses are required now to buy an apple keyboard and mouse ... show more
