So it's a great deal, I just didn't get what was listed. I needed to be able to upgrade to a later OS than the model I received could. I researched the model number on the description and it said it could, but I received the one just previous. I wasn't expecting perfection, but had to return and purchase a different one. I will buy another renewed product because the one I received was immaculate, just a tad too old for my use. It's a great way to save money and steward resources. Overall 3 stars because it was in great condition, but not what I expected. Had a generic keyboard/mouse. Returning and Amazon said they will refund my shipping cost. Yes, it's a bit annoying but when you're saving money sometimes you just have to be patient and know that you get what you pay for. Would recommend, but not if you have a hard deadline to get and be able to use the product. It may have a little trial and error. A lie [something which is contrary to the truth is the meaning of the word lie!] was told when I was informed on the Amazon site that the keyboard and mouse were genuine Apple Keyboard and mouse, not so! A very cheap and tardy keyboard and mouse were sent despite being told otherwise. No instruction/operating manual was included despite the fact that they exist for this model .Although the computer is a 10 year old it functions well enough and I am about to increase ram from the standard 8 to 32 Scratches on the rear are also visible beyond arms length. The cost was a genuine bargain price but whole truths need to be told so as to avoid misleading consumers! For a renewed 10 year old computer it is in reasonable cosmetic condition and very good value . Extra expenses are required now to buy an apple keyboard and mouse ... show more

This is my first time buying refurbished and I’m a pretty disappointed. It is slow and runs lines of code on the screen for a few minutes before starting up every time I turn it on. It is also loud, making annoying electronic buzzing and scratching noises constantly after booting up—I have to use noise canceling headphones to use it so that I can focus on studying. The cursor is choppy moving across the screen as well. It is much cheaper than buying new, but in this case I feel like I got what I paid for. ... show more

So far so good. I am EXTREMELY happy with this purchase. Came perfect, as described. Original magic keyboard, and mouse. Didn't come in the original apple box, but was packaged in multiple boxes, with tons of protection when shipping. Clear plastic on EVERYTHING to protect every inch of this beautiful computer. I was really worried about buying refurbished, I never have before, and purchased the extra 3 year coverage from a third party, but I'm now thinking that was wasted money. Very quick computer, amazing display. You would never know its refurbished. I would definitely recommend buying this refurbished to save $500-$600 bucks! Will update review if necessary, but I'm sure I won't have to do that. ... show more

Was a Christmas gift for mom, she started to use the imac after Christmas, 2/13 the imac will no longer boot up. Buyer be aware. 1/31 was the return dead line. Amazon should not sell these kind of bad product.

Seller sent me a very old model and lied that it was 2017. This is what was displayed on Amazon about the products: “The stunning all-in-one iMac features a beautiful 27-inch Retina 5K widescreen display, quad-core Intel Core i5 processors and AMD Radeon R9 M390 graphics processor with 2GB of GDDR5 memory. And it comes standard with 8GB memory, a 1TB fusion drive, and advanced, high-speed I/O, including two Thunderbolt ports and four USB 3 ports. Per the Amazon page this was 1st issued in 2016. Now it is basically a 9 year old (2013) brick that can not be updated. Also says GDDR5, it is not, it is DDR3. ... show more
