I ordered this computer for work purposes. It work for one day and then nothing after that. I contacted Amazon and the seller to start a refund. I explained that the computer completely shut off with all my personal information on it and there’s no way of getting it back on to erase it. It was a dead end from there because they refused to help me. Their only solution is for me to send the computer back to the seller even though I can’t erase my personal and private informations I have on it. Now I have a dead computer sitting in my office that I can’t use. ... show more

Aside from the minor scratches (that I literally only noticed because I was doing an inspection) the device is definitely worth more than the price “so far”. I had absolutely no issues setting it up and decided to perform an update, hopefully after the update things still run greatly!     • Got exactly what I expected
The product is as advertised and in excellent condition. It’s a little slow on setting up, but I expect that from a 2014 system. Had to contact the company with a question, and they had a detailed answer within 24 hours. Even being an 8 year old system, it works great and the cost wasn’t bad!
