Important details: Your iMac will have a different OS than the description. I purchased two: one had Catalina and another had El Capitan. Catalina is perfect; El Capitan was buggy with Safari but I managed to pull up the link to download the correct upgrade. Once I upgraded, the second iMac was perfect. iMac is like new- no scratches no dents. The delivery was less than a week from purchase. Storage is 256gbs. Screen is clean, clear, bright, can adjust via settings. Packaged securely with bubbles wrapped around sides of iMac— it was literally meshed inside of the box so no matter how rough FedEx was with my shipment, the iMac was unbothered. Box came with iMac, power cord and a wireless keyboard and mouse. I it’s best to set up your iMac with a wired keyboard or at least a Bluetooth keyboard with usb wired attachment because it won’t read your Bluetooth without initial set up first. I purchased for my teens to finish out their last year of homeschool in prep of their high school diplomas. This is a perfect gift to push them along. I purchased two iMacs- if I can add a second photo once I set it up then I will. I purchased a different keyboard- my daughter liked mine so I got her the same one. If you want an iMac but don’t need all of the updates of a newer version, then get yourself one of these. They last a really long time. I have a 2014 version with external storage and it works just fine today. Seller will communicate with you if you have any questions about your shipment, like if there is a delay. Item is marked as shipped once payment is received so expect to see that a label was created pretty fast. Don’t be alarmed, the label was actually created and the seller is in the process of shipping your item. Ignore the reviews of previous buyers. Clearly things change and people either accept the errors and change them or not.. this is a good seller. You will get a good deal, not only in monetary value but in capacity of your chosen product as well. Think good things and good things will come you towards you. I’m happy with my purchase. Had computer for 6 months maybe used it 5-6 times and it went out! It turns on but won’t get past Apple logo screen. Really disappointed with purchase. So it’s been sitting for a year until I figure out what to to with it

Absolutely worth the purchase! I have no complaints at all!! This is good to know, the keyboard is Bluetooth so you will need a corded keyboard to set up your computer! I purchased the Apple mouse (refurbished) and Magic Keyboard (refurbished) too! Love this desktop and all the features. MUST BUY!! While some reviews stated you won’t be able to update the new IOS updates, I had no problems at all. It’s updated with the newest Apple updates since setting it up. ... show more

Computer was shipped with a third party Bluetooth keyboard. The unit requires a wired keyboard for setup. It’s not possible to setup without it. Had to get another keyboard to even set it up. Unit hard drive was formatted incorrectly so it could not download the OS updates. Had to reformat the drive to be able to even update the thing to the current OS with the needed security updates. The hardware works great & it’s a beautiful computer. If I’m paying for a refurb I would expect it to not need almost two days of work put into it for me to operate it. Yes it’s a 2013 & out of date per Apple terms but it’s a solid machine. I wouldn’t suggest buying this unless you have the advanced knowledge of how to reformat a Mac HD & re install the updates in the correct order. The Bluetooth connection log also showed a laundry list of devices paired with it. Make sure you clear that log & remove devices that aren’t yours or it’s going to have a hard time connecting to stuff. The unit won’t run without proper software & security patches. It won’t even maintain a stable internet connection to a router without that. I had to tether it to my 5G iPad for it to work. The Internet protocol from my router couldn’t talk to the older software & firmware in the machine till I ran the updates. As I’m writing this I still have five more to download & install. That’s almost ten years or more of Apple updates that were not installed correctly. Buyer beware & make sure you know how to do this or have help doing it before you click buy now. Seller is VERY unresponsive & will not communicate with you. I had to file a report with Amazon about this entire thing. ... show more
