I'll start off by saying that the shampoo does not have any Apple Cider Vinegar in it, just regular vinegar. I was pretty disappointed about that but that was mostly my fault because the seller clearly has a picture of the back of the shampoo bottle with the list of ingredients. I'm still peeved that the listing itself says there is ACV in it, though. Anyway, the only good things I can say about this product is it smells great, the shampoo especially, and it's easy to lather. That's about it. As for the cons; if it feels like you've thoroughly rinsed out the shampoo, you're mistaken. Your hair may feel clean when wet but once it dries, there's a heavy residue left in your hair. I thought it was the conditioner at first, so I did a test by only washing my hair and not putting any conditioner in but the problem still remained. It may not look like there's residue in your hair but if you run your fingers though it, it feels like you haven't washed your hair in a week. I even tried shampooing twice and my hair was STILL weighed down! I strictly bought this for the AVC. I have very thick and wavy oily hair and some issues with dandruff/itchy scalp, so I wanted a clarifying shampoo that wouldn't dry out my hair and a conditioner to lock the moisture in. I used to use a ACV rinse three times a week just to keep my issues at bay but after a while, it didn't work as well and let's be honest, ACV doesn't smell great, so I figured buying shampoo with ACV in it would help. It's unfortunate that I struck out with this one. Also, this is ridiculously overpriced. In the end: is my hair soft after using this? Yes, but it feels so gross that I have to keep my hair in a braid all the time and I still have dandruff and an itchy scalp. I really don't know how this has such good reviews. I'm going to finish the product because I spent an arm on it and I hate wasting things. At least I can get away with my hair 'smelling' clean if it's in a braid..

This shampoo and conditioner is horrible and not at all what is advertised. It completely dries out my hair and leaves it damaged. I feel that I totally wasted my money. I never write reviews but made an exception because I feel deceived and swindled.

I’ve always had itchy little spots on my head. I also have “scalp acne” which causes whiteheads and little blackheads that scratch off. This shampoo & conditioner totally take care of that. They do NOT dry out your hair (I have fine, thin hair) and leave it soft and smooth. Best Tea Tree shampoo & conditioner I’ve ever used.

I and my husband used to use different shampoos since I have acne hair skin and my husband has dandruff. However, this shampoo saves both of us since it works well for my acne hair skin and my husband's dandruff together. Thus, we can save our space in the bathroom not to use different shampoos. I also like the smell and it is so natural and fresh. My teenage son also likes this one due to the nice smell. One thing I would like to mention that one pump is a little bit broken when it delivered. Except for that issue, I would like to buy it again!!

Product may be fake. Company definitely is. I noticed that the ingredients didn't match between what I received and the listing. In addition, the item is very heavily scented but nothing listed in the ingredients could explain the scent. So I sought contact "New York Biology". All phone numbers listed for the company are fake and out of service. Product likely dangerous, ingredients list wrong.
