Most people don't get it - mousing is a terrible control interface
The Apple Magic Trackpad is nothing short of amazing! From its sleek, minimalist design to its flawless functionality, it’s an absolute joy to use. I'm spoiled on a control device that doesn't require a huge space on my desk for moving a mouse, and the multitude of gesture options are second to none. The glass surface is smooth and easy to clean, making gestures feel incredibly natural and responsive. Whether you’re swiping, pinching, or clicking, every motion is precise. The haptic feedback adds an extra layer of satisfaction, simulating a perfect click no matter where you press. It’s perfect for navigating macOS with ease, and its support for multi-touch gestures feels like second nature. From switching between apps to zooming in on photos, it’s like having an extension of your hand. The large surface area gives you plenty of space to work without feeling cramped, and its slim profile ensures it looks great on any desk. Pairing it with a Mac is seamless—just turn it on, and it connects instantly. The rechargeable battery recharges easily, and you don't have to turn the thing upside down during re-charging. A single charge lasts weeks, and when it’s time to top up, the USB makes it quick. It’s also an ergonomic alternative to a mouse, reducing wrist strain during long hours of work. For creative professionals, it offers unparalleled control for tasks like photo editing or sketching. While it’s not inexpensive, the quality and experience you get with the Magic Trackpad make it worth every penny. If you’re looking to elevate your workspace, this is an absolute must-have. Apple has created a product I can't live without!

Works great and feels like new
Bought this renewed Magic Trackpad for my MacBook setup and it works almost like brand new. The gestures are super smooth and scrolling feels much more natural compared to a regular mouse. Battery life has been solid too, and pairing took only few seconds.

Mouse works great but "renewed" item condtion was questionable
The mouse is fine and works well but the "renewed" condition was questionable. This wasn't just an open box, it was totally used. It wasn't clean, had plenty of scuffs and it still had the previous owners bluetooth information attached to it. It seems like they just took someone's used mouse and threw it in a box for the next user.

A Must-Have for an Elevated MacBook Setup
I absolutely love this product. I keep my MacBook Pro on an elevated stand, and while that’s great for ergonomics, it’s really inconvenient to lean forward just to use the built-in trackpad. Having the Magic Trackpad on my desk completely solves that problem—it gives me all the gestures and smooth navigation I’m used to, without the awkward reach. The build quality is what you’d expect from Apple: sleek, sturdy, and premium. It feels seamless alongside my external keyboard and mouse, and honestly elevates the whole desk setup. Is it “necessary”? Not at all. But if you’re like me and rely on MacBook gestures daily, you’ll quickly realize how much you miss them once you switch to just a keyboard and mouse. The Magic Trackpad fills that gap perfectly. If you have a nice desk setup or work with your MacBook in clamshell or elevated mode, I’d highly recommend picking one up. It’s one of those accessories you don’t think you need until you try it—and then you can’t imagine working without it.

Works in tandem with other Bluetooth mouse.
So, I have a standing desk and two monitors, as much as I like my wireless ergonomic mouse (at my right hand), I LOVE my wireless trackpad (at my left), to make switching between tasks and horizontal scrolling and zooming much easier. It has a long battery life (I would say at least 4 months if you’re using it daily). 👍

Great option that holds a charge for weeks!
The setup I have for my studio computer is built around a drum set. Having a trackpad to put wherever I need to put it is crucial, and this pad made that setup dramatically more functional. Holds its charge for weeks and is super easy to set up. Highly recommend!

Almost perfect
Refurbished product came in almost looking as new if it wasn’t for the fact that it didn’t come with a cable. It works as expected although it has lag sometimes on the first touch after not touching the trackpad for a while.
