Same general complaint as another 1-star review. My unit came with 8 gb ram, not 16, and the hard drive was not SSD. Granted, the price I paid was similar to other units comparable to what I actually received, but I definitely thought I was getting a great deal based on the description. Not so. I’ve emailed the seller and am waiting for a response. If they can fix their mistake and either provide me with a unit as described or give a partial refund, I’ll be ok with it. ... show more

This is the late 2013 iMac. It comes with high serria and NOT Mojav. 1 very disappointing fact is that the IMAC comes with a SATA drive 1TB and NOT a Solid State drive. Still, have to find out what else the company lied about. The apple mouse of the very old design and NOT the magic mouse. Have reported but no reply from seller.     • Ask Questions Before Buying
The product itself looks fine. No noticeable wear. The listing showed as 16GB and it instead came with 8GB. I was offered a discount for the inconvenience, but upgrading these devices yourself for memory are very tedious and it would have been nice to have had the 16GB of RAM.
