Other than not having an apple box, an original charger, this ipad looks, feels and seems like a brand new ipad. The battery has a 100% capacity and one cycle, which is the one I powered it with. Screen is brand new, untouched, no scratches whatsoever so ever, weight and and durability as just like any other mini. Functions as expected, they did include a good quality charging cable and adapter. As well as a 1 year apple warranty so it left me a little confused if this is repaired or just an open box without the original box! I was worried about this product. I bought it (with flash offer: $450) 2 weeks ago and works 100%... Extremely satisfied for this, excellent condition with normal feelings of risk and doubts about the product. Battery it's ok, charging with no problem to 100% by 1 year ago buyed and 27 cycles.

Good as new. Great little IPad. My bigger IPad didn’t fit in my airplane so I got this mini to run ForeFlight. Great battery life and fast processor. Don’t think twice. If you need an IPad, why buy new when refurbished does it just as well.

Only left one star, the tablet does work. This tablet was purchased December 15, 2025. I added it to my ATT cellular plan, everything was working. On 4/27/2026 the cellular service stopped working. I contacted ATT and was told that they suspended the service stating that the IMEI is blocklisted by T-mobile because it was reported stolen on 4/16/2026. I have tried to contact Tech Exchangee via messages in Amazon no response, called the listed number and left a voicemail (only option) no return call. Update!!! Chatted with Amazon was told I could return item for refund due to the seller not contacting me. Was sent a return label and returned tablet. Purchase amount was $463.09, they gave me a credit of $35.29 and charged me a $427.80 restocking fee. Reached out to them again, they responded someone will reach out to you. Haven't heard anything yet. Now I'm out a tablet and the $427.80 I paid for it. BE CAREFUL BUYING FROM THIS SELLER. ... show more
