I ordered an Amazon Renewed iPad. It should have included a 20W USB-C power adapter. What I received was a 12W USB-A charger (white) and a USB-A to USB-Micro B cable (black). Of course, I could have just gone to the store here and bought the correct charger/cable ... but it's a matter of principle. Just because the iPad was not new, doesn't mean it wasn't an expensive purchase. I still paid over $600 for the iPad. Rather than contacting the Amazon seller first, I called Awanta that made the charger. In NYC and very helpful! Really called just to ask whether the charger received was 20W, since I couldn't tell from the model no. And, "NO" it wasn't a 20W. I explained my iPad was an Amazon Renewed purchase and the cable received would not fit the iPad. I needed a USB-A to USB-C cable if I was going to use the charger received. That's when I learned the charger received was a 12W, not a 20W. They also asked, what color is the cable? I received a black cable to go with a white charger. I didn't ask ... they asked me and then they said, I should have received a matched set. I agree... Not that color is that important, but it speaks to the quality and diligence of the Amazon seller to put together my iPad purchase. As it was, the Amazon seller sent an OLD charger (12W) and a completely wrong cable. The Awanta company said they would like to contact the Amazon seller and request the correct charger/cable on my behalf. How Nice! How Helpful! The replacement charger/cable was mailed from Awanta's address. Whether they decided to send me a NEW UNOPENED charger/cable or the Amazon seller asked them to mail to me ... I'm not sure. It was nice to finally have the correct charger and cable. Again, I could have gone to a store here, but I wanted to receive the complete Amazon package I paid for. The iPad fired up easily and have used it a couple days. The iPad, of course, is the primary purchase and I anticipate (hope) it will be problem free. After I've used the iPad a while, and if no other issues, I'll come back and upgrade this review. ... show more
