While I am aware that I bought a refirbushed iPad, however, I would expect it to come with a power source or make me aware that it does not come with one. Fortunatly, I am a avid Apple customer so I had a cord and block to power and charge the iPad. Honestly, I do not know what power block I should be using. A small one like you use for iPhones, a middle size one like for my smaller iPad, or a larger one that I use for my laptop. I could potentially harm my new device by not enough power or too much. I guess I will look up what size power block a iPad model like mine uses. If I left out an important item or not enough instruction with the products in my small business, someone could get seriously hurt. Thank goodness my business has better standards in place than what I experenced today with this company. Always strive to be better. ... show more
