I sold my laptop and purchased this iPad with a keyboard. I absolutely love it! You can use this as a laptop still but easily pop the keyboard off and use it as a tablet. It runs very smooth and the screen quality is fantastic. I bought this pre owned and you could never know.

Ordered the Apple 2022 IPad Pro 6th Gen {12.9-inch, Wi-fi, 512 GB} renewed premium because I wanted Face ID. I was nervous about spending that much money on a used IPad but I am so glad I did. It was in perfect condition and Apple Support helped me several times with some apps that did not set up right. I did not realize I should not use it or my IPhone I was using to transfer information until it was completely done. That probably caused the problems but Apple was very helpful. The media could not be loaded. Took a whole month to arrive, I was really impatient lol. Had maybe 2 small signs of use, screen looks great, no issues at all. I got the 2tb. Charger it’s slow so I suggest buying an original one before hand. Great for content creation. 👍

Extremely disappointed. It started off bad: device would not charge or turn on. I finally got it to start charging. It got to about 12%, stopped, I got it to charge to the mid 20s, it stops, and never started charging again. It came with a cord but no charging block. It didn't matter what cord, block, or socket I used - this device would not charge. Every cord/block/socket worked with other devices. It ridiculous that a defective refurbishment like this was put back into circulation. I should have just gotten the newest one directly from Apple. Hopefully the refund process goes much smoother. ... show more

This is an excellent product. The delivery was fast, and the packaging was of high quality. There were no scratches on the item, and the battery life is outstanding. The only downside is that they didn't have the 1TB version available. I hope they restock it soon so I can purchase it.
