Great laptop. battery cycle was at 131, and battery health at 93%. runs like a dream and the mini led display is fantastic. my only complaint is that it doesnt come with a magsafe charger. just a plain type c cable and a brick that i dont even know the wattage on. Laptop came in great. No imperfections, 92% battery capacity, came relatively clean (just some dust here and there). Seems lightly used which is surprising due to it being a 2021 model. Received this and it was clearly well enjoyed, looked like a corp laptop due to a possible inventory sticker. No problem. I otherwise thought the package was just fine and the computer was clean ready to use. Fired it up, 87% of the battery life. I would have kept it. But I ultimately returned it after a day or so of noticing it was chiming as if the battery was being charged and then charging stopped only to resume again. I tinkered with the charging fitting. Couldn't get it to work, and its pretty darn simple as its a magnet. None of my other macs have had this problem. I could see the light going from orange to off and then back on. As if the computer was saying I dont need a charge, but then it normally goes green. Issue with the power adapter? Not sure. Packaged it back up and I got a full refund about 2 weeks later. Stuff like this happens. Is it a major issue? No. Was my life ruined like some of these reviewers on referbs go on about? No. This sort of comes with the territory. Did it likely pass QC process. Yes because unless you were using the computer for an hour or so this didn't show up. Thank you seller and Amazon for taking care of this. I gave it 3 stars because it was a good experience. Though I am noticing an increase in delays in shipping which detracted from the process. Seems like there is a decline in getting what I want in 2 days like the original promise of Amazon Prime. Even same day stuff is getting delayed. Wish they'd stick with UPS and FedEx. ... show more

This is a review for the seller: ReNew Pros (We Record Serial Numbers) and not for the computer itself. I was sold a computer that was still registered and linked to another organization’s Apple ID. Upon startup, the computer would give the screenshot below. Since I would try to connect to a WiFi connection that was unrecognized by the original Apple ID owner, it would automatically fail and I would not be able to set up the computer. I contacted Amazon customer service who then referred me to Apple support and provided a return label if that didn’t work. Apple said it was registered to an organization and there was nothing they could do. The original Apple ID owner had to disconnect the device on their end. I was unable to get a hold of the seller so I just returned it using the Amazon label. Overall a bad experience and a discredit to Amazon. ... show more
