Overall good but the auto shut down gets a negative 10
Hard Disk Size: 512 GB
This MacBook does not have a touchscreen so I was unable to rate that. The screen size is great, I am able to navigate and choose the options I want without going blind. The biggest issue I have with this book is that it automatically shuts down after 1 minute regardless of whether I am using it or not. This is extremely annoying and I have not been able to find a resolution ... show more

Great for a few months
Hard Disk Size: 512 GB
The charger that came with it is horrendous. After a few months of use, it began leaking battery acid. Even worse, the charger fried the charging port on the laptop and now I’m going to have to pay $200 to get it fixed. If their chargers are this poor, I can only imagine what other parts in the computer are also faulty. Can’t wait to see what I have to replace next. Find a better, more reliable product and a more reputable dealer. What a waste. ... show more

Received better specs than advertised
Hard Disk Size: 512 GB
So far so good. Ordered for my wife for Christmas. Advertised 512G HD, received a 1T SSD so no complaints there. All the software upgraded with no issues. No scratches that I can see.

Powerful Apple Computer
Hard Disk Size: 512 GB
I’m a photographer and started out with a brand new MacBook Air with insufficient memory to run photo processing software. I purchased this MacBook Pro as my only option with a Limited budget to try to quickly find a replacement computer. This computer has been amazing even a year later! It’s fast, the screen color is impeccable, the battery life is what I expect for running heavy programs like photoshop and light room. I will never buy a new computer again-refurbished is the way to go!! ... show more

It's like buying a brand new MacBook Pro, flawless.
Hard Disk Size: 512 GB
Way better than expected. Even if it is refurbished, it looks and performs the same as a brand new MacBook. It even has the same 1-year warranty from Apple.
