I purchased this MacBook and had to send it back due to it not powering up properly, and now it’s been two weeks and I’m still waiting for a refund so I can go buy another one somewhere else that won’t keep my money if it’s defective from the start . When I recieved this MacBook, the sound on the right side sounded rough and robot like. I am a graduate student and have zoom meetings that require sound and my camera on. I had to use headphones to understand what was being said. The camera also stopped working multiple times. I was able to fix it a few times by restarting the laptop but eventually this stopped fixing the problem to. This is not worth the money or time. I do not recommend ... show more

This macbook pro was very defective and once you start the laptop it becomes hot. The battery drained extremely quickly and it became hot within seconds, almost sounds like a spaceship or rocket about to launch. Terrible product, would recommend not to buy refurbished macbooks.
