Yes, it is a slightly older model, so it doesn't receive the most recent updates after 14.8.3, but its functinal and perfect if you want to expand your Apple ecosystem and use something for school/College! It looks like I paid a lot of dollars for it, and it's really aesthetic for coffee shops or regular studying! If you're on a budget and want an Apple computer (MacBook) its perfect for the price. It's also got done daily tasks, but it will lag a little bit if you watch videos in 4k, but overall. 100/110 MacBookfor the price! Would recommend!

Don’t buy this product they are trash the first one I ordered then the replacement was worse than the first. I’m still waiting for my refund for this waste of money. Does Amazon renewed even verify these products? No they don’t. They order from various companies they deemed “acceptable”. But if you want sticker letters covering your keyboard, the trackpad not working or a period after every word you type then by all means buy this product. Just keep in mind if you return it it’ll take several weeks to get your money back.

While I understand this is a used product, the screen looks like it’s been picked at with a knife. This is supposed to be a Xmas gift. I hope it works. Too expensive for it to look like this.

I was hoping that it would keep charge as new, because it’s refurbished, but it keep the charge 1 day max. Minus point! It’s really looks like new, very good shape, the only thing is keyboard- buttons pushing sandy and sometimes even react after second push. 0 point It is heating fast and fan is very noisy. Minus point. So we have 3 of 5: not too bad and not good. It worth it!

i got this today and i’m SOOO happy with it. i’ve been dreaming for years to get a macbook and today i fulfilled my wish. it came in PERFECT condition. not a scratch, not a dent! it’s been running smoothly, and i’ve added all my photos, connected my phone, everything and it still runs perfect. a couple small things: it doesn’t come in the original apple box which isn’t a big deal to me, personally. it didn’t come with an apple charger it’s just an off brand. kinda sucks but at least it works. i just don’t know for how long. it came dead. & i have to update it which has been taking all day. but other than those small things, it’s PERFECT. so happy with it, and i ordered it when it was $700 so i’m so happy i got that discount. i deff recommend this and if it comes scratched or doesn’t work, you can always return. but i say, take the chance!
