Save yourself the trouble and don’t order used laptops from Amazon. I know some people are lucky enough to get good items but, for the past two weeks, I ordered two laptops and both came really badly defective. This MacBook Air has a serious problem. The initial set up was Kay. Then i realized that the seller advertised 1.6GHz dual-core intel i5, but the laptop I I got was 1.1GHz dual-core Intel i3. Then i had to sign out of my apple account to sign in on my son’s account because it was for him. I was willing to accept the weaker processor, but then in the process of singing out it got stuck on recovery mode, and would not get out of it, and the laptop would not turn of even by pressing the power button. I went through the trouble of calling apple support and trying to get it fixed, but apple recommended that i return it; that the problem with the laptop was very serious. ... show more

You honestly can't tell it's not brand new. The keyboard is clean and all the letters are great and not faded. My only worry is the lag.
